Description:

SB Realty & Property Management is a full-service real estate and property management company located in Cabot, Arkansas. We are seeking a someone to join our growing team in a role that supports our property management division.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate  is detail-oriented, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable juggling tasks across a fast-paced businesses. This role will be on site at our office located in Cabot. Position is starting part-time and moving to full-time within a few months.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management Duties:

  • Handle leasing, tenant communications, and property inquiries
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and renewals
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and property inspections
  • Manage rent collections, notices, and owner reporting
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors

Qualifications:

  • Real estate license preferred
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or office administration
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with office software (Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Occasional field work or after-hours calls as needed
