Property Manager

Posted on Aug 20, 2025

Company: Olympic Rental & Landlord Services

Location: Olympia, WA

Type: Full Time

Category: Property Manager

Description:

Are you able to get an amazing amount of work done while having a great time doing it? Have you ever worked with “the best team in the world”? If so, we want you. We are a team of dynamic, personable, full service, residential property managers focusing on single family rentals, looking for a full-time, licensed property manager to add to our team. We are only interested in someone who wants to grow with the company, not just fill a position.

You will rotate through all aspects of property management in our team based office – answering potential tenant & owner calls, screening maintenance calls, showing properties, signing leases, conducting property visits, coordinating move outs, turnovers and move ins. Will require weekend and after hours work on a rotating basis.

We work hard, have a great time together and are paid more than the industry standard through monthly shared commissions. We treat every property like it is our own and value every resident; thus we “do” property management differently than most other companies.

Please submit a letter of inquiry and resume. Excellent opportunity for personal and financial growth.
