Property Manager

 Market South Management, a leading property management firm in Savannah, is seeking to hire an experienced Property Manager to join our team. We specialize in managing single-family homes, townhomes, and condos in the Greater Savannah area. THIS IS NOT AN ON-SITE APARTMENT COMPLEX POSITION. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our growing success.

Responsibilities:

• • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
• • Manage tenant relations, including addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
• • Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
• • Advertise and market available properties to attract and secure qualified tenants
• • Screen prospective tenants, conduct background checks, and facilitate lease signings
• • Collect rent payments and ensure timely processing of financial transactions
• • Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets for each assigned property
• • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities

Requirements:

• • Preferred candidate would hold a Georgia Real Estate License, but it is not required
• • Property management experience is a significant advantage
• • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• • Assertive and resourceful in problem-solving independently
• • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with Tenants, Investors, contractors, and team members
• • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks
• • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to complete tasks
• • Previous experience in property management is a plus, but not a requirement
• • Real estate agents with their own portfolio of properties are welcome to apply
