By now, you’ve probably met a few property managers who have letters after their names. Maybe it’s RMP®, MPM® or maybe even CSS®. Your own company might be a CRMC® – Certified Residential Management Company.
The great thing about all these “letters” is that NARPM’s designations are nationally recognized, showing clients you care enough about their service and the industry to be a certified pro. We call it being #NARPMSmart. The Residential Management Professional (RMP®) can be earned after you’ve been in the business at least two years. The Master Property Manager (MPM®) is the highest level that a member can attain within NARPM, and is for those who have the RMP® and manage 500 units over a five-year period.
