Handling maintenance is one of the top 5 responsibilities that a property manager has with their clients and their tenants. This course will review evaluating property conditions, identifying risk, and making recommendations to property owners. Other topics will include the need for developing a maintenance plan and schedule, policies, and procedures for maintenance requests from tenants and how to manage outside contractors and vendors. This 3-hour course was developed from parts of Introduction to Maintenance and Maintenance Beyond the Basics.
