Tracy Streich, MPM® RMP®In 2011, Tracy founded his management company, Renters Place. Renters Place is a real estate brokerage that focuses entirely on investors and property management. Renters Place was built by an investor and property owner, and this perspective has shaped how the company operates. Starting in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Renters Place expanded to the Oklahoma City market beginning in 2019. Starting with just 23 properties, Renters Place has grown to over 800 doors. |
Justin AndersonJustin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RentSmart.com, a leading platform helping professional managers, investors and property owners match qualified tenants to their rental properties. He serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. Ben Parham, MPM® RMP®Ben is the President and Managing Real Estate Broker of Integrity Realty & Management, Inc., overseeing nearly 500 residential and commercial properties across Colorado and Florida. A longtime leader within NARPM®, Trent has served in numerous leadership roles, including President of the Atlanta Chapter, and is a frequent speaker on operations, leadership, technology, and professional development.
