Officer Candidates

President Elect Tracy Streich, MPM® RMP® In 2011, Tracy founded his management company, Renters Place. Renters Place is a real estate brokerage that focuses entirely on investors and property management. Renters Place was built by an investor and property owner, and this perspective has shaped how the company operates. Starting in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Renters Place expanded to the Oklahoma City market beginning in 2019. Treasurer Justin Anderson Justin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RentSmart.com, a leading platform helping professional managers, investors and property owners match qualified tenants to their rental properties. He serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. A published author of Funny Money: Building Wealth in a System Rigged to Keep You Broke, Justin brings a fresh, witty voice to real estate and finance education. With a master’s degree in finance from Harvard University and more than 25 years of experience, Justin has personally bought, sold, owned, and managed over 2,000 units. 3-Year Director Ben Parham, MPM® RMP® Ben is the President and Managing Real Estate Broker of Integrity Realty & Management, Inc., overseeing nearly 500 residential and commercial properties across Colorado and Florida. Since founding the company in 2011, he has grown it into an award-winning firm recognized as Denver’s 2023 Best Property Management Company in the Best of Mile High awards. Ben previously served as NARPM®‘s Southwest Regional Vice President (2024–2025), supporting 11 Chapters across five states, and also served as President of the Denver Chapter. He holds NARPM®‘s Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designations. 3-Year Director Stephanie Michael, MPM® RMP® Stephanie is the Principal Broker and Co-Owner of GEM Realty Group, LLC, a residential property management and real estate brokerage serving the Fredericksburg, Virginia, region. With more than 13 years of property management experience, Stephanie has built GEM Realty Group into a growing, technology-driven brokerage recognized for operational excellence and client service. She holds NARPM’s Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation and has been an active NARPM® Member at both the state and national level, including serving as President of the Virginia Chapter. 3-Year Director Trent Ratliff, MPM® RMP® Trent is President of All 3 Realty, where he oversees the management of single-family homes across Georgia and Alabama. With 20 years of experience in residential property management, Trent is passionate about building efficient systems, developing strong teams, and creating exceptional experiences for both property owners and residents. A longtime leader within NARPM®, Trent has served in numerous leadership roles, including President of the Atlanta Chapter, and is a frequent speaker on operations, leadership, technology, and professional development. He enjoys sharing practical lessons learned from the successes – and failures – of managing thousands of properties, with the goal of helping others become more effective leaders.
