Shane Teague is the Owner and Principal Broker of Moore Team Rentals, LLC, a full-service residential property management company serving Hendersonville, Henderson County, and surrounding areas of Western North Carolina.
Since founding the company in 2009, Shane has focused exclusively on professional property management, helping rental property owners maximize their investment while providing residents with safe, well-maintained housing and responsive service. Under his leadership, Moore Team Rentals has grown by emphasizing clear communication, strong operational systems, careful financial oversight, and proactive maintenance management.
As a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Shane specializes in owner relations, property operations, leasing strategy, risk management, and developing efficient processes that improve the experience for both property owners and residents. He is committed to staying current on industry best practices, legal compliance, and emerging technology that enhances property management services.
