Jennifer Hicks is the Managing Broker and Owner of EH James Realty Advisors, a boutique property management firm serving the Tulsa Metro Area. With over a decade in real estate and nearly as many years in property management, Jennifer built her company from the ground up—starting with just five trusted investor clients who preferred her personalized approach over big-box brokers. Today, EH James Realty manages 163 units across Tulsa, specializing in single-family homes, duplexes, and small multifamily properties, while expanding into commercial and larger apartment communities. The firm is on track to grow to 500 units within the next year.

Jennifer’s leadership extends beyond her company. She has seven years of experience serving on committees at both the local and state REALTOR associations, and currently chairs the Professional Standards Committee, overseeing ethics cases with a strong commitment to fairness and integrity. She has also contributed to the Governmental Affairs, Standard Forms, and Residential Property Management & Leasing committees, and has served on the boards of both her local and state REALTOR associations.
