Communications Committee

Here is your opportunity to sign up for NARPM®’s Communications Committee. This Committee oversees all NARPM® publications. It is responsible for the development and production of the Association news magazine, and any other Association publications or communication channels that are not the responsibility of other individuals or committees. NARPM® staff shall be responsible for layout, printing, and distribution of publications, and will assist in the proofing. This Committee supports the NARPM® Strategic Plan and the Mission and Vision of NARPM®. The Committee is divided into the following sub-committees, from which you may choose or be assigned to: Website Enhancement, Chapter Website Admin Assistance, Marketing Awareness, Residential Resource Proofing, and Other Special Projects.


Finance Committee

Here is your opportunity to request an appointment to the Finance Committee. This committee has 7 to 10 Professional Members and is responsible for fiscal management of all funds of the Association and acts in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors in planning, forecasting, and maintaining good financial management of the Association. Projected expenditures cannot exceed the Association’s ability to pay. The Committee oversees the establishment of the annual budget. This Committee supports the NARPM® Strategic Plan and the Mission and Vision of NARPM®. It is divided into subcommittees, which volunteers may be assigned to participate in.


Governmental Affairs Committee

Here is your opportunity to sign up for NARPM®’s Governmental Affairs Committee. This Committee is responsible for collecting information about pending legislation and current laws impacting property management, developing position statements, and disseminating information to the membership in conjunction with NARPM® staff. It also recommends position statements to the Board of Directors for approval. This Committee supports the NARPM® Strategic Plan and the Mission and Vision of NARPM®.


Strategic Planning Committee

Is responsible for monitoring the NARPM® Strategic Plan and the future of the organization. This committee has a separate application process and members of this committee shall serve for a two-year period.


Member Services Committee

Here is your opportunity sign up for NARPM®’s Member Services Committee. The Member Services Committee is responsible for membership development & retention, statistical data, and chapter formation and growth. It is responsible in assisting with new programs that will help grow Chapters and support leadership. Members will aid in the recruitment of new members and retention of existing members. This Committee supports the NARPM® Strategic Plan and the Mission and Vision of NARPM®. The Committee is divided into subcommittees, which volunteers may be assigned to participate in.


Nominating Committee

Is responsible for providing a slate of candidates for office each year, with approval of the Board of Directors. The Committee shall be composed as to Article IV, Section A & B, with the Immediate Past President as Chairperson, and member appointed by separate application. To apply for the next year’s Nominating Committee click here to complete the survey. Professional Development Committee

Here is your opportunity to sign up for NARPM®’s Professional Development Committee. This Committee is responsible for providing education and training through courses approved by the Board of Directors. Education shall oversee distance learning and ‘stand up’ courses taught for Designation classes. They are responsible for setting the standards for professional Designations bestowed by the Association and for recommending members’ applications for Designations to the Board. This Committee supports the NARPM® Strategic Plan and the Mission and Vision of NARPM®. The Committee is divided into subcommittees, which volunteers may be assigned to participate in.
