As our property management division continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

This is not an entry-level role.

We’re looking for a licensed Arizona real estate professional who has successfully managed residential properties, genuinely enjoys serving clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication and service
• Determine market rents through rental analysis and comparable research
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and vendor communication
• Enforce lease agreements professionally and consistently
• Manage tenant expectations, concerns, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate property turns and move-out processes
• Protect and improve the owner experience through proactive communication
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• Residential property management experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience using spreadsheets and technology platforms

Preferred

• AppFolio experience
• Experience managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Proven success handling difficult conversations and resolving issues professionally
