The content covers some 101 general marketing and later moves into more targeted marketing on how Property Management companies should and could be marketing to help address challenges they are faced with. Marketing is an important part of a successful business. Formerly Marketing for Residential Property Managers, this 3-hour version is tuned to specific marketing concepts designed for Property Managers. Topics include branding and measuring outcomes and growth. Various forms of media options will also be reviewed. This course will also assist you in developing a mission statement related to your goals.
