Property Management is embroiled in risk and it’s your job as a property manager to understand the risk and figure out how to minimize it. This course will help you do this. First you will identify the risk associated with owners, tenants, regulations, and the law. Then this course will tell you how to approach these risk. This 3-hour version was developed from the course formerly known as Risk Awareness.
