Chad earned his Accounting degree from West Virginia University before embarking on a career with Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and mortgage industries. In 2004, he transitioned into real estate, starting part-time with Century 21 in Columbus, Ohio. Just months later, Chad left his eight-year corporate tenure to pursue real estate full-time.
After several successful years in Ohio, Chad moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he quickly fell in love with the city and its people. Motivated by a long-standing desire to own a real estate brokerage, he earned his Broker’s license in 2009. Since co-owning Suburban Spaces, Chad has consistently ranked among the top 3% of sales agents in the San Antonio market, providing clients with exceptional service and helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Chad’s professional expertise extends beyond his work as a broker. He served on the San Antonio Board of Realtors for three years, including a term on the MLS Committee for four years, where he also chaired the committee. His leadership and contributions have had a positive impact on the local real estate community.
In addition to his real estate career, Chad is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He served as President of the San Antonio LGBT Chamber of Commerce, co-founded Project Fiesta to support local nonprofit organizations, and has dedicated over a decade to volunteering with Meals on Wheels.
Chad’s primary motivation is to create an enjoyable, stress-free home buying and selling experience for his clients, building long-lasting relationships, earning repeat business, and generating referrals along the way.
