A Little About Me…
My journey in Property Management began in 2006 when I purchased my first portfolio of 150 properties. It didn’t take long before I discovered my passion for this industry. When the market crashed in August 2008, many of my owners faced major losses, and that challenge led me to take on a full-time role as a Senior Property Manager with a local brokerage specializing in Property Management.

During my five-year tenure, I managed and trained new property managers while overseeing day-to-day operations. Together, our team grew the company’s portfolio from 300 to over 1,000 doors—an accomplishment that required hard work, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence.

After this period of growth, I launched my own company focused on consulting and training for small to mid-size property management firms. I had the privilege of helping offices restructure their teams, develop strong business systems, and build more cohesive, efficient operations. At the same time, I continued to personally manage a small portfolio of properties while working with buyers and sellers of both residential and investment homes.

In recent years, I partnered with a small, independent, woman-owned brokerage specializing in Property Management, which inspired me to expand my personal management portfolio. Since then, I have taken the next step in my professional journey—I now own my own brokerage, allowing me to operate and grow under my own brand with full independence and purpose. Through Myriad Realty Solutions, I continue to build a service model grounded in professionalism, integrity, and truly personalized care.
