Dustin Parvin is a retired United States Army First Sergeant, former Ranger School Instructor, author, and leadership speaker specializing in decision-making under pressure, operational discipline, and organizational performance. Over 21 years of military leadership, he trained, evaluated, and developed leaders responsible for executing at the highest standard in high-pressure environments and has led and influenced more than 14,000 individuals across military, athletics, and professional settings.
Today, Dustin works in California property management and actively coaches high school athletics, where he helped lead a girls basketball program to its first league championship in 24 years. His work bridges leadership across business, sports, and military environments because people, standards, and performance do not change just because the uniform does.
He is the author of four published leadership and decision-making papers focused on leadership systems, AI-governed decision-making, and building high-performance teams. His work helps property managers, brokers, and business leaders strengthen owner trust, improve accountability, create operational consistency, and build organizations that perform under pressure.
Dustin believes leadership exists to guide people toward accomplishing a clear mission through influence, standards, accountability, and trust.
