Originally licensed in 1982 as a Realtor-Associate and subsequently obtained her Broker’s license in 1991.

Cathy is a member of RASM (Saraspta-Manatee Association of REALTORS); and NAR (National Association of REALTORS).

Additionally she is a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and FARPM (Florida Association of Residential Property Managers).

She currently represents some 100 plus properties throughout Manatee County with many of her owners coming by referral and word of mouth. She has a knack for working with other REALTORS seeking property management services for their clients and has proven herself to be quite successful in her duties.

In the past, she has dedicated a great deal of time and service to her local Association by serving as Chair Person for the following committees: Grievance, Education, Property Management and the REALTOR-Association.

Her service was acknowledged by receiving the REALTOR-Associate of the year for 1990 and 1991. She subsequently was honored by her peers when she was named REALTOR of the Year in 1999.

Cathy was born and raised right here in Bradenton and is quite familiar with Manatee County and all the growth and changes that have occurred. She is married to husband Bill, and has a daughter, Lindsay.
