My name is Drick Ward. I am currently a licensed real estate broker in Southeast Virginia at Neptune Realty. I began as a real estate investor in 1987 and first became a licensed real estate salesperson in 1989. After working in the industry for a few years, I inactivated my license to work in IT management in the franchise sector and left the area in 2002. Throughout this time, I continued to build my portfolio and increase my training and education in real estate as a wealth building strategy.

In 2003, I returned to Virginia Beach and have been working as a real estate investment advisor, property manager, and am currently a broker associate with Neptune Realty.
