I am a seasoned real estate sales and property management professional with over 18 years of experience, including a decade in the dynamic real estate market of Honolulu, Hawaii. As the co-founder of Happy Vacations and Agora Hawaii, as well as a Board Member of Pono Property Management, I specialize in many different areas of Real Estate, such as short-term property management, long-term property management, and real estate sales. I am able to provide comprehensive real estate solutions for property owners, investors, and clients looking to buy, sell, or rent in Hawaii.

My career began in Las Vegas, where I started as an Assistant Property Manager and quickly advanced to Director of Operations. In that role, I oversaw a portfolio of more than 1,400 single-family homes, condos, and townhomes, mastering the intricacies of property management—from home maintenance and local real estate laws to negotiation and conflict resolution. After six years in Las Vegas, I relocated to Honolulu, where I’ve lived for the past 10 years, and took the entrepreneurial leap to establish a long-term property management company as part of Pono Property Management.

At Happy Vacations, alongside my colleague Paul Sebastian, we’ve built a trusted business focused on short-term property management, leveraging my expertise as a licensed real estate professional to deliver exceptional results. Whether it’s managing vacation rentals or seasonal leases, I thrive on maximizing property value and ensuring tenant satisfaction through attention to detail and proactive service. Paul and I also co-founded Agora Hawaii, expanding into real estate sales to offer clients a seamless experience in buying, selling, and managing properties.
