Eva grew up in Northeastern, NC and attended college at East Carolina University. In 2000, she took her first multifamily management position as a Leasing Agent with an apartment community in Charleston, SC. From there she escalated to Property Manager of a 400+ unit community, which moved her to Wilmington.

Eva now calls Wilmington home, after being here since 2002. Her passion for the coast, love for the sun and beaches has helped her fit right in. She has a passion for volunteering with her church and helping make an impact on the community. Her husband is a Wilmington native and they have been married for 20 years and have one son who aspires to have a career in automotive racing industry.

Eva left the multi-family industry after obtaining her NC Real Estate License in 2005 and moved into the Single Family Residential scene. This is where she flourished because she was challenged with a variety of properties, property owners and personalities - it was not all onsite and the same. Again moving her way up to Property Manager with a smaller local firm she learned and enhanced her leadership skills. After a few years of working for the smaller firm, she took another leap over to the largest property management firm in southeastern North Carolina. She worked her way from a Business Development Assistant to overseeing the Maintenance Department and finally took over the General Manager position. After 13 years, it was time for something different but wanting to stay in the property management industry, Eva took a position with a national vendor for property managers and worked remote. Now, she calls Unlimited Property Solutions home as Broker in Charge & General Manager, loves working back in the office with people and loves her team!
