Curtis Roddy is the Founder and CEO of Roddy Properties, a North Texas–based property management company focused on delivering white-glove, investor-oriented services. Curtis specializes in helping real estate investors maximize returns through full-circle support, including property sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions, tenant placement, and long-term management.

With a background as a geologist and asset manager in the oil and gas industry, Curtis brings a strong analytical and financial perspective to real estate operations. His experience managing multimillion-dollar assets translates directly into a disciplined, results-driven approach to property management and brokerage.

Curtis is a licensed Texas real estate broker and an active NARPM member, committed to raising industry standards, implementing best practices, and building investor trust through transparency and accountability. Beyond property management, he also operates multiple real estate investment ventures, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and goals of owners and investors.
