In 2003, after several years as a property manager, she created an electronically formatted How-To guide to property management and launched The Complete Landlord E-Guide along with an interactive companion website called The Landlord’s Resource Directory. Her experience led her into work as a Landlord Coach and accounting consultant for other property managers. Years later, after much success is real estate sales, the need for a new type of property management service emerged in the wake of the real estate crash.
