Fran started property management and leasing in Miami, Florida, with a 22 unit apartment on South Beach in addition to several single family homes for out of country landlords. Now in San Antonio, Fran still does property management along with real estate sales. Fran works with her team, including her husband, Roy Daniels, who is also a Realtor. We use RenTec Direct as an online portal for landlord's to view their monthly statements and income, which makes it very convenient for our clients to view tenant payments, vendor receipts, and tax information. We are also able to take online tenant payments for rent as well as send a lease for digital signature as a convenience for their schedule.
