Maya Clark is the Broker/Owner of Seville Property Managment. She has been in the real estate business for more than 30 years acting as a Property Manager, Sales Agent/Broker, and an Investor. Her areas of specialization have been investment property acquisitions & dispositions, distressed property sales & management, and residential property management. Her clients included individual investors, private equity & managed funds, institutional property owners, as well as individual property owners. She currently maintains active Broker licenses and has offices in both California and Texas.

Maya has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, development of residential investor portfolios, and property management expertise. Her experience ensures a balanced approach to providing first rate customer service, while also considering the investment objectives and requirements of an investor.

She is an active member of several community and professional organizations both locally and nationally including National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and Toastmaster’s Inc. She enjoys traveling, reading, attending sporting events, listening to live music, personal investing and helping others build wealth through property ownership.
