Jamie Braun, owner and Property Manager in Charge of ASSURED Property Management, has been managing properties all throughout Horry County since early 2019. Prior to that, she spent a decade crusading for animal welfare in nonprofit development roles, and later transitioned to property and regime management in Charleston, SC. Jamie holds a graduate degree in Human Services and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is professionally licensed in the state of SC and has completed several training programs in Fair Housing, Business and Process Management, HOA Management, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting. She is a self-admitted lifelong learner.

With a passion for real estate and homes, Jamie loves the variation of property management, in that there is always something new and different on a daily basis. She loves getting to work with owners, residents, and vendors, building strong relationships based on clarity and transparency. With her strategic mindset, she has helped many businesses grow and improve over the years, which led to her vision for how she wanted to develop and maintain her own management company. Promising to do things differently and to always operate with integrity, she hopes to make a name for herself by earning trust.

In her spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, pets, and friends, and when the weather is nice, you’ll likely catch sight of her riding with her husband, who owns a motorcycle repair shop in Conway. She also loves the beach, salt air, kayaking, swimming, camping, nature of any kind, travel, and all animals.
