With a previous career in Commercial Design, I have combined both my skill and knowledge of the real estate market and my background in design. In the last three years I have been spending more time building my long standing Property Management business and welcome referrals. When receiving a Landlord with property to be leased and/or managed, I always return that landlord to the referring agent when they mention they're thinking about buying or selling.
My business is based on both Referral and Repeat clients.
I work with Buyers and Sellers, help investors to make the right choices and place renters and manage those investment (rental) homes. I am a Certified Residential Property Manager (CRPM)and Certified Risk Management Specialist (CRMS).

I have an understanding of Areas, Builders, Floor Plans, Value and Pricing to always provide value to my clients by not only providing the knowledge and information to make informed decisions, I also Promote and Protect them by always placing their interests first.
