Monica Bell is the Broker/Owner of DoorBell Property Management, a Tulsa-area residential property management company focused on providing professional, relationship-driven service to property owners, investors, and residents.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Monica moved to the United States in 1991 and later relocated to Oklahoma in 2006 after living in South Florida for many years. She has worked in real estate sales and property management since 2004 and brings nearly 20 years of industry experience in operations, leasing, investor relations, maintenance coordination, and team leadership.

Throughout her career, Monica has been deeply involved in building and improving property management operations, with a strong focus on communication, accountability, systems, and long-term client relationships. Before launching DoorBell Property Management, she helped build and lead a successful property management division within one of Oklahoma’s largest real estate companies.

Monica is passionate about creating a modern property management experience that combines operational structure with genuine care for both owners and residents. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she also values building strong relationships within Tulsa’s growing and diverse communities.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband, Darin, and their three daughters. She also stays connected to her Peruvian culture through traditional dance and believes some of life’s greatest joy comes from meaningful relationships, personal growth, and building something with purpose.
