NARPM is advocating for the return of common-sense guidance that allows property management companies to operate under the RRP Rule when using a properly Certified Renovator.
• Improving the Housing Choice Voucher Program
Efforts are underway to improve the Housing Choice Voucher Program so it is easier to use for tenants, property managers, and property owners, helping the program better meet housing needs.
