At Blanket, Lior and his team are working hard to help property managers stop losing doors and grow their revenue and number of doors under management.
Lior also served for 8 years as a naval commander in the Israeli Navy and co-founded a non-profit organization that renovates homes of senior citizens in need.

Tyler Craddock

Tyler serves as director of Legislative Strategies Group, a division of OMG, and brings with him over two decades of local- and state-level legislative and lobbying experience in issues impacting regulation and governance of business and trade associations. He has held positions in the government, education, business and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, he was executive director of the Virginia Manufactured and Modular Housing Association, the trade association representing the state’s factory-built housing industry, and previously served as director of public and government affairs for the Home Building Association of Richmond. Tyler also served as director of government affairs for the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and was the legislative aide to former Del. Allen W. Dudley. A member of the Virginia Society of Association Executives, he is an adjunct instructor at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and chairs the Chesterfield County Committee on the Future. In addition, he has served as a member and chair of the Chesterfield County Community Services Board and as a member of the Alamance-Caswell Area Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Authority. A native of Henry County, Tyler holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Virginia Tech.

Monica Gilroy

Monica Gilroy is the founding member and managing partner of the Gilroy Law Firm in Atlanta Georgia. For over 30 years, Monica’s national law practice has centered on real estate litigation and assisting Property Management Companies, Brokers and Owners with all aspects of their business. She is the General Counsel of the Atlanta NARPM Chapter, providing legal services to its members. As a subject matter expert, Monica works closely with property managers, lenders and real estate companies in handling their Fair Housing issues and working to create protocols to prevent the same. Monica has been named a Top 50 Woman Attorney in the state of Georgia.  Monica is a national speaker and educator on property management, real estate and related litigation topics. Kimberly Godsey

Kimberly Godsey is a seasoned legal professional with more than a decade of experience as a licensed attorney, recognized for her expertise in corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution within the property management industry. Over the past 14 years, she has held key roles within the legal departments of major property management organizations, where she has overseen regulatory compliance, contract management, acquisitions, and litigation. Known for her practical approach and deep industry knowledge, Kimberly is also a sought-after speaker who has presented at seminars and webinars nationwide, helping professionals navigate the evolving landlord-tenant regulatory landscape.

Currently, Kimberly serves as the first General Counsel for Second Nature, where she provides strategic guidance on regulatory and compliance matters and supports forward-thinking product initiatives. She has spoken at numerous NARPM events, including Broker/Owner (2023), Capitol Summit (2024), multiple chapter seminars, and Women’s Council programming. Beyond her corporate role, Kimberly is a passionate advocate for legal education and diversity in the profession, having launched the Pathway to Law Program in 2022. She remains active in several legal associations, is a graduate of Texas A&M School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Texas.

Blake Hegeman

Prior to joining OMG as Director of Risk Management, Blake Hegeman had 17 years of experience practicing real estate, corporate, regulatory, and nonprofit association law, including as General Counsel for The Long & Foster Companies, Inc. and as Deputy General Counsel for Virginia REALTORS®. He advised and guided business leaders, employees, and the customers, agents and members they served on a wide range of corporate, regulatory risk management, and general nonprofit association matters.

Blake has always sought out and thrived working with nonprofit associations. As an attorney with KaneJeffries, LLP, Blake served as General Counsel to multiple associations and made association law an important part of his practice. At Virginia REALTORS®, Blake answered thousands of risk management questions from members, drafted association form contracts, annually taught over 40 real estate law sessions to REALTORS® statewide, wrote a popular column for the association magazine and filmed legal videos sent to all 30,000 members.

Blake has contributed articles and made presentations to many local, state and nationals associations. In addition, he served on the Legal Affairs Committee of the American Society of Association Executives.

Blake is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Virginia Tech and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.

Ben Hobbs

Seasoned executive leader and policy advisor with over a decade and a half of experience working at the White House, U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, Cabinet-level federal agency, trade association, and non-profit organizations. Career focus and passion are on policies to address poverty, expand opportunity, and uplift low-income Americans.

Extensive experience inter-agency and cross-functional leadership, legislative proposals and negotiations, regulatory affairs, agency oversight, report drafting, communications, executive and donor relationships, grant-making, and strategic project design and implementation. My goal is to build partnerships to achieve policy and programmatic outcomes.

As an Eagle Scout, I also enjoy backpacking, cycling, scuba diving, skiing, and rafting.

Brett Layson

Brett Layson is the Sr. Director of Federal Government Relations at The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer. He has served in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility at the Company over seven years and currently leads the team that’s responsible for all federal lobbying and political activity in Washington.

Prior to The Home Depot, Brett was a senior legislative assistant to Senator Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.).

Mike Sebastian

Mike Sebastian is the Industry Principal at AppFolio and a recognized thought leader in both Private Equity Real Estate and the integration of AI within the industry. With over 20 years of experience in real estate technology, Mike has been instrumental in helping real estate managers and investors unlock value and deliver superior returns. His extensive expertise spans multiple asset classes—including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail—enabling him to guide a diverse range of clients. From boutique offices and syndications to large-scale private equity funds and institutional investors, Mike helps AppFolio customers to leverage state-of-the-art software solutions and AI-driven insights to streamline business processes and enhance decision-making throughout the real estate lifecycle. His innovative approach continues to redefine operational excellence and investment performance in an increasingly tech-driven market.

Craig Trainor

Craig Trainor is Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. President Trump nominated Mr. Trainor for this position on February 11, 2025, and the United States Senate confirmed him on October 7, 2025.

A “Day One” Trump-Vance Administration official, he previously served as Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights at the United States Department of Education, where he spearheaded the Department’s efforts to reorient America’s civil rights regime from an unjust spoils system to one that protects the rights of all Americans. Mr. Trainor’s February 14, 2025, “Dear Colleague” letter is widely considered the Trump Administration’s blueprint for enforcing civil rights laws and restoring the Constitution’s promise of equal protection.

Prior to serving in the Trump-Vance Administration, he was Senior Special Counsel with the United States House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary under Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Senior Litigation Counsel with the America First Policy Institute under the Honorable Pam Bondi.

For over ten years, Mr. Trainor was a criminal defense and civil rights lawyer in New York City, litigating cases in New York state court and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Prior to founding his law practice, he served as a New York City prosecutor, an associate attorney at a white collar criminal defense firm, and a law clerk to Chief Judge Frederick J. Scullin, Jr., United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
