If so, our Real Property Management team at Neighborly is looking for you! We are hiring a Property Management Success Coach to join our team in Irving, TX.

We are looking for someone with:
🔷 10+ years in increasingly senior property management roles.
🔷A “Structured & Goal-Oriented” mindset (you believe in plans, deadlines, and metrics).
🔷A true coach’s spirit: “Motivational & Supportive” – you coach with empathy but expect results.
🔷Strong operational savvy in property management processes.
🔷Tech-savvy skills, including proficiency with AppFolio, LeadSimple, or other CRM software.

Requirements:

10+ years in increasingly senior property management roles.

Experience with single-family, multi-family, common-interest, and commercial management is a plus.

Ability to attend training in Irving, 1 week of every month.

Experience leading and training teams is a plus.

Prefer this person to be located in the DFW metro but will consider remote.

Compensation:

Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
