In these capacities, Nolan skillfully oversaw the comprehensive operations of up to 1,400 apartment units and effectively led diverse teams ranging from 10 to 30 direct reports. His dedication and expertise were recognized with numerous industry awards, including a distinguished nomination for Manager of the Year for Southern California.

In 2017, Nolan leveraged his profound industry knowledge to establish RentGains, focusing specifically on providing tailored management solutions for single-family homes. Nolan's professional foundation was laid in the esteemed hotel management industry, where he spent 14 years (1996-2010) in various leadership roles at iconic institutions like the Plaza Hotel in NYC and the Sherry-Netherland Hotel.
