With over 30 years of experience as a property manager and investor, I began my career in the Chicago market in the mid-1990s. Since then, I have owned and operated over 20 apartment buildings and five commercial properties, while simultaneously managing hundreds of units.

My expertise covers all aspects of the investment lifecycle, including:

- Acquiring and negotiating contracts.
- Managing rehabilitation projects to achieve maximum rental value.
- Overseeing building maintenance and ensuring high occupancy rates to optimize profit.
- Executing condominium conversions and building out both residential and commercial properties.
