Kevin Candlish is the Executive Vice President of SVR Asset Group. He oversees a team of professionals managing a growing portfolio of office, retail, flex, industrial, multi-family and residential properties in Northeast Florida.

Kevin began his career working construction with his dad who was a builder/developer in Central Indiana. He went on to work as a leasing representative/property manager for RD Capital (now Acadia Realty Trust), The Lauth Group, Realty Trust Group and SIMON Property Group where he spent 20 years as an Area General Manager, Leasing Representative and Renovation Project Manager for multiple enclosed malls, open air centers and outlet centers around the Country.

His experiences over the last 35 years have enabled him to find creative ways to add value and preserve assets while meeting the financial goals of ownership. He has successfully navigated properties through multiple recessions, pandemics and hurricanes by building great teams and driving results. From private investors to the largest mall REIT in the world Kevin and his teams have always exceeded expectations.
