Arrico is a family owned and operated Real Estate and Property Management Company. Paul Arrington’s Realtor and Mortgage experience began after culminating a successful 20-year career with the United States Air Force. During that time we made eight cross-country moves - we have first hand knowledge of what our customers are going through. We try to make the process as stress-free as possible.

Paul holds both Florida Real Estate Broker and Florida Mortgage Broker licenses. Prior to starting Arrico Realty and Property Management Paul worked as a Realtor and Mortgage Broker with Total Home Source, Inc., Keller Williams Realty, Premier Mortgage, and Florida Mortgage Funding where he closed millions of dollars in real estate transactions.

Stacey Arrington worked as a Property Manager Assistant for Birdy Properties, one of the largest and most successful residential property management companies in San Antonio, TX. She was responsible for customer service, maintenance coordination, and account documentation. Her experience is crucial in the success of our company.

We're members of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Biography:
John R. Bradford, III, obtained his North Carolina Broker’s license in mid-2003 and started Park Avenue Properties on a part-time basis with two other partners as a Real Estate Development firm. In early 2007, John became the firm’s sole owner, moved the office to its current location and re-invented the firm into a Real Estate and Property Management firm.

John is a Charleston, SC, area native. He holds an Engineering degree from Clemson University where he graduated in December 1996 with Engineering Honors and Cum Laude. While attending Clemson he was a member and, ultimately, served as President of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. He received the University’s coveted Greek Man of the Year Award in 1996. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Housing Corporation for the Clemson Chapter.

Immediately out of college he worked for Exxon as a Sr. Environmental Engineer and Territory Manager for 3 ½ years. In August 1998, Exxon sponsored John in the University of Memphis’ Executive MBA program and was their youngest student ever to be accepted into the program. John served as the University of Memphis mascot, Pouncer, for the two years he was enrolled in the program. In June 2000, John graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was recruited by IBM Corporation. John worked at IBM for almost 10 years and served in various roles including Management and as an award-winning Sales Executive.

Mike and Sandy Collins own Green River Property Management which specializes in the Jacksonville area of Northeast Florida. Our company has achieved "Certified Residential Management Company" status as of November 2019. The "CRMC" designation is the highest level of property management excellence and we are now the only CRMC company in Northeast Florida, and the 63rd company in the U.S. ever to achieve this level.
We rent and manage residential housing, and investment properties. We also have a sales team. Our NextHome Collins Realty staff assists investors in the purchase and sale of residential properties, and Green River Property Managment manages hundreds of those properties. We currently work with National, Regional, and Local investors.
Mike Collins, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor, is a member of the 10,000 member Northeast Florida Associations serving as the current Property Manager of The Year. Mike is also a Past President of the NARPM Florida State Chapter, the organization's largest chapter, and was President in 2016. He is a also Past President (2013) of the NARPM Northeast Florida chapter. He will share his expertise with anyone interested in Real Estate Investment in rentals, vacation homes, multi-family homes, etc.

I have been a property manager with ALPS since 2005; a native Austinite and alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin earning a BA in economics in 2007. I am dedicated to providing excellent client and customer service as well as providing volunteer support to my professional associations. I seek education from the National Association of Residential Property Managers and network with colleagues for new ideas. When not involved in my Director of Property Management duties, I enjoy being with my daughter and friends, taking advantage of the many wonderful things to do in central Texas and working on my home.
