Bryan Jenkins MPM, RMP, SFR is the President of Genstone Property Management. Genstone is headquartered in Tampa, Florida and manages SFR and MFH assets across 12 states and multiple MSA's. They specialize in traditional scattered site SFR property management, MFH Management up to 200 units, Build to Rent management, asset management, REO Management, and assignment of rent properties throughout the US. He is also co-founder of PM Business ImpleMentors, which provides process and systems implementations and ongoing mentoring for Property Management companies across the US. Bryan began managing self-owned portfolios in 2001 and formed AHI Properties in 2004 opening the doors for some acquisitions and the managing of client homes. AHI Properties joined PURE Property Management in 2021 and during his time with them he worked on the PURE Institutional Management Team, a dedicated division launched in 2022 to service institutional investor clients and their residential portfolios across multiple locations. He obtained his AL real estate license in 2005 and his Broker’s license in 2007 and his GA Broker’s license in 2017. He has been a NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) member since 2011 and holds both his Master Property Manager (MPM) and Residential Management Professional (RMP) designations. Bryan has previously served as the NARPM National Member Services Committee Chairperson, NARPM Southeast Regional Vice President and is a past President of the Atlanta NARPM Chapter.

Bryan is married to Cheri and they have 4 children ages 27-34 and he is a veteran of both the US Navy and the US Army.
