I earned my real estate license in 1999. I spent the next 10 years focusing mainly on sales while doing management for sales clients.
In 2009, I flipped my business model and focused on management, with a much smaller percentage of my business handeling sales.
After jumping into management and getting more than just my feet wet, I earned my broker's license in 2011 and opened Paragon Property Management.
