I have been in the Property Management industry for the past seventeen years. I bring my knowledge and extensive experience in rental management to Texas Premier Realty by partnering my residential management company: "CloverLeaf Property Management" three years ago. I excelled as leasing agent for seven years and as property manager for 8 years, overseeing a $2 Million renovation and lease-up for a 168 unit property, a mold remediation project which affected over half of a 172 unit property, as well consistently maintaining 96%+ occupancy rates. Prior to joining Texas Premier Realty, I was a Property Manager for Asset Plus Companies and Greystar Corporation, and managed 100’s of apartment units in San Antonio, New Braunfels, and San Marcos markets.
