New Chapters

New Chapters are set up as a Chapter In Formation for a minimum of six (6) months. RVPs will meet with new chapters and once they are ready for final approval, their request will be approved by the Board of Directors. A chapter number will be assigned once the Chapter In Formation application is received and the chapter will be listed on the website. A certificate will be sent to all new chapters and a pull up banner will be made available. For more information about Starting a New Chapter, click here.

Chapter Certification (previously Compliance)

Annually, Chapters must update their leadership and meeting information with National. Please complete this form and email to info@narpm.org by December 1.

All chapters are now required to complete a Chapter Certificate of Compliance. This form must be completed each year and submitted to National by December 1st to ensure that each chapter is a viable entity, capable of delivering the services expected by NARPM® members.NEW! Apply for a Grant from National

All Chapters are entitled to apply for a membership drive dues discount for an event once a year. The discount is only available during the one (1) day of the membership drive event, unless otherwise approved. Download the the Membership Drive Application.

Financial support is available to help strengthen your chapter and build membership through education.  Chapter Grant Application.

Does you chapter not have their 501 c-6 status with the IRS? Use this grant application to help pay the filing fee with the IRS and bring your chapter into compliance.   501 c-6 IRS Application.

NARPM® has set aside funding for Chapters to participate in state trade shows they feel will benefit members throughout the Association statewide. If your chapter would like funding to assist in participating in these trade shows click this link:  State Trade Show Grant Application

If your chapter is participating in a trade show, make sure you request the table top pull-up banner from NARPM®. 45 days notice is required to have display booth sent to your chapter. Booth Reservation Form

Chapter Websites

Chapters can get a NARPM® branded local chapter website. Chapters are encouraged to use the NARPM® chapter website management system. This system allows for easy editing of your website and includes tools for easily managing news, events, and affiliates on your local website. See the Washington State Association website for a sample.
