I've been living and working in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area since 1982. I've been a full time Realtor in Arizona since 1995.
With a previous career in Commercial Design, I have combined both my skill and knowledge of the real estate market and my background in design. This affords me the opportunity to not only help my clients in understanding the benefit of sprucing up the property they want to sell but also what upgrades/remodel ideas they might consider when buying. I am able to consult both on value and cost.
In the last three years I have been spending more time building my long standing Property Management business and welcome referrals. When receiving a Landlord with property to be leased and/or managed, I always return that landlord to the referring agent when they mention they're thinking about buying or selling.
My business is based on both Referral and Repeat clients.
I work with Buyers and Sellers, help investors to make the right choices and place renters and manage those investment (rental) homes. I am a Certified Residential Property Manager (CRPM)and Certified Risk Management Specialist (CRMS).
My priority is to always listen to what my client says to that I am able to deliver what they want.
My skills include negotiation and constant research into the market. I have an understanding of Areas, Builders, Floor Plans, Value and Pricing to always provide value to my clients by not only providing the knowledge and information to make informed decisions, I also Promote and Protect them by always placing their interests first.
