My name is Laura Baron and I lead the Denver Metro Property Management team. For the past seven years, I've worked as a real estate investor, a property owner, and a property manager. Paula Barrett began her career in Real Estate in 1986, at the age of 19, learning a variety of valued skill sets at a Commercial Brokerage Firm. Hands-on experience in Commercial Sales, Leasing, Contracts, Property Management and Construction Mgmt/Maintenance set her pace for success in the Real Estate World. Always working with mentors and coaching at the beginning of her career and a desire to go into the Residential world of Real Estate; she landed a position as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing at Century 21 International Corporate Offices in 1988 in Irvine; this improved her skill set in Marketing and Risk Management. While working at Century 21 International; she also started selling homes as an official Realtor at Century 21 Sea Breeze in Fountain Valley. Working in these two great environments taught her a formula for success and discipline as an entrepreneur. Paula enjoyed moving into a consistent career winning Sales Awards as Top Century 21 Sales and Listing Agent in the Southern California and Orange County Regions.
Paula also teamed up with her late husband and started a Construction Company that became very successful in the central Orange County area. In addition to Real Estate and Construction; she started a Marketing and Business Development Center company that included lead generation, organization/system strategies and computer efficiency in the Real Estate Industry and could be adapted into any business platform for cross marketing leads and generation of leads. In 2004, Paula retired the Construction Company and also her computer consulting practice. Paula is centered in her Property Management and Real Estate Consultant Practice.
