This course will familiarize Property Managers with ways to grow and streamline their businesses. Understanding your clients and their goals is necessary to build lasting relationships. This course will help evaluate and improve metrics used by your business and better identify services that can be beneficial to owners, tenants, and vendors. This 3-hour version was developed from the course formerly known as Profitability & Client Relations.
