This course reviews many safety and health issues found in housing that property managers must be aware of. Awareness and proper maintenance play a large role in managing these issues. Communication with the owner, the management agreement and dealing with vendors as it pertains to maintenance will be discussed. (Formerly part of Maintenance: Beyond Basics)
