She is the past National President of NARPM with her theme being "Sharing the Vision"
She is the author of "the Official Guide to Managing Rental Property" as well as the Co-Author to the Idiot's Guide to Success as a Property Manager.
She loves to Speak and Teach and has been an active member of NARPM for almost 20 years.
Melissa has never met a stranger and loves attending, local, state and national conventions but especially loves speaking and teaching at them.

Efren Espinoza is a Property Manager who was born in Mexico and was raised in a multicultural home between both Mexico and the United States. He began his career at a local Property Management company in 2008 temporarily assisting while a colleague was on maternity leave. After a short time, he discovered that the real estate industry was a perfect match for him. He is now the proud owner of Wine Country property Management.

As a professional Property Manager, he pride’s himself on offering superior service. Knowledge, commitment, honesty & expertise are the foundation of his work ethics.

He received his Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation through National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Other professional affiliations include the California Apartment Association – North Coast (CAA). Efren is the current Past President of the Marin-Sonoma chapter of NARPM and also previously served as the Communications Director for CALNARPM. He is always looking to better himself, not only professionally, but personally as well.

Some of his many hobbies and interests include promotion and marketing, competitive volleyball, singing, dancing & exercising

Karl Bundesen is President and CEO of Century 21 Bundesen. Karl has lived and worked in Petaluma all his life and has been licensed in California for over 33 years. Century 21 Bundesen has been family owned and operated for over 50 years and is one of the most productive offices in Sonoma and Marin Counties continually ranks in the Top 100 Century 21 offices nationwide. Karl's focus in recent years has been listing and selling ranch land. Karl has a proven track record of ranch sales and has emerged as a market share leader in Sonoma and Marin Counties. Karl has earned the following professional designations: GRI Graduate Realtor Institute, CRS Certified Residential Specialist, CRB Certified Brokerage Manager. Karl was also awarded by his peers the following: 1994 Petaluma's Realtor of the Year, 1996 Edjar K. Hansen Award and the 2014 Spirit of Sonoma County Award, Karl is a trained in Mediation by the National Association of Realtors and currently serves on the North Bay Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee. Karl was elected to be one of Northern California representatives to the National Brokers Communication Congress and then appointed by Century 21 for an additional 2 year term. Karl also oversees the Century 21 Bundesen Real Estate Management which is a full service property management company and Bundesen Property Services which provides maintenance services to our managed accounts and sellers.
