I was born in Virginia, and Moved to Florida in 1968. I am passionate about my 34 years career in leasing and property management!

My background was in accounting and finance, and in 1986 I became a Licensed Property Manager/Realtor. I've been Director of Property Management and Leasing for 12 years at the original parent company Tourtelot Brothers Realtors; and in 2009 stepped into the role of Broker and Vice President of Tourtelot LLC, d/b/a Tourtelot Property Management and Leasing. I enjoy training and mentoring my leasing agents and property managers so they learn the skills and expertise to provide truly quality services with honesty and integrity, to our landlords and tenants.

I have been a member of NARPM for many years, and have served as Vice President and Treasurer of the local Tampa Bay Chapter. I also served on the Pinellas Realtor Organization Rental Council.

Kym Ottaviani, has been involved in the property management arena since 1980. Prior to opening as broker/owner of Rex Rentals & Realty in 1995; Kym headed two investment groups that purchased properties to either flip or make long term rentals. In 1984 he became licensed as a sales associate and was employed by a large family owned Brokerage; there he helped set up a property management department. He did this two more times, once with a startup and again with a C-21 office. Kym has been a NARPM member since 1996 and has served on the board of the Tampa Bay Chapter; he is a two time President. Kym manages a mixture of single family homes and small apartment complexes.
