Maria has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since November of 2002. She had started her experience in Residential Sales in the Lake Nona area. In February of 2006 she began her career in Property Management and hasn't turned back since. At this point Maria is the Broker/Owner of Allegiant Management Group in Kissimmee, Fl. Aside from NARPM National, she is a member of Florida State Chapter of NARPM and the Orlando/Central Florida Chapter of NARPM. For 2012-2014 she was the Conference Chair of Florida State. On the Orlando/Central Florida Board she has served as the Newsletter Coordinator, has chaired the Membership Committee. In 2014 she was the Vice President and is currently the President Elect for 2015, heading into the Presidents seat for Orlando in 2016. In 2012 she received the "Shooting Star Award" for all of her dedication and contributions to the Orlando/Central Florida Chapter of NARPM. She regularly attends seminars, conferences and conventions to stay on top of the ever changing world of Property Management.
