Aftering graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981 with a degree in Industrial Management, I continued with graduate studies in Urban Land Planning. My first job was with the Southmark Corporation of Dallas Texas, a NYSE company that owned an managed real estate. In 1995, I became the general manager of Bullard Property Management.
