CRMC® Companies

Property management firms that are headed by an MPM® and that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism are eligible for the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) designation. Companies who apply for this designation are consistently the leading firms in their geographical area. They understand that continued success only comes with advancement.

MPM®

The MPM® (Master Property Manager) is awarded to Property Managers who have attained the RMP® designation, completed advanced course requirements, and reached the highest levels of achievement for their Chapter, NARPM®, and their community. This is the highest designation an individual may achieve in NARPM®.

RMP®

The Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation is awarded to property managers who have completed extensive course work and service projects for their Chapters and NARPM®. These individuals have demonstrated dedication to the industry.

MPMC

These individuals are candidates for the NARPM® MPM® designation. They are in the process of completing the requirement established for the MPM® designation. The appropriate designation will be awarded once the candidate meets all prerequisites.

RMPC

These individuals are candidates for the NARPM® RMP® designation. They are in the process of completing the requirement established for the RMP® designation. The appropriate designation will be awarded once the candidate meets all prerequisites.

Paul C. Mumford started his career in 1991. Over the last 30 plus year Paul has been involved in many complex residential and commercial transactions spanning over 10 states.
In 2009 Paul was appointed President of Carrolton Properties a property management company in Virginia that managed residential and commercial assets in Virginia North Carolina, Georgia and Texas. Over this time Paul and his team grew the firm to over 1000 residential units and multiple commercial complexes.
In 2020 the firm was sold and Paul moved to Atlanta where he had lived prior to 2009. Paul joined a local real estate firm and also formed PCM Realty Management. The combined strength of a national network for leasing and sales coupled with a customized and personal approach to property management has provided great value to Paul’ clients.
In 2022 Paul was ranked number 6 in volume in his office over 300 agents in production and was in the top 10% in production internationally. Paul also completed the largest commercial transaction in his office at $7.2 million.
