This is how emergencies sounded to me for 30 years until I retired from the Navy in September 2017. While home maintenance issues can trigger similar urgency, thankfully, a sinking house is unlikely!
After retiring from the Navy, I transitioned to real estate. My wife, son, and I purchased, renovated, and sold investment homes in Jacksonville, NC. Grandchildren brought my wife, Ann, and me to Newnan, GA in January 2019.
