Peter J. Camalich was raised in a real estate family and began to develop his love for real estate at a young age. As a child he recalls the many weekend family outings that involved viewing open houses, visiting rental properties and touring construction developments in Southern California. After graduating high school from St. Johns Northwestern Military Academy in Wisconsin, Peter attended Cal State Fullerton, where he completed a B.A. in International Business. After graduation and ready for a new challenge, Peter packed his bags and moved the Mexico City to pursue his MBA and improve his Spanish skills.
After completing his MBA and working for a couple of large telecom corporations, Peter moved back to Southern California, and launched his real estate career in 2012. Now a seasoned broker with experience in many facets of the real estate industry, Peter specializes in Probate & Trust Real Estate sales. His relentless drive to exceed expectations, in-depth knowledge of probate real estate sales and the ability to provide creative solutions, have enabled him to succeed in the most complex real estate transactions.
Peter has now been managing his familys rental properties for several years and has grown to fully understand the unique process needed to keep a rental portfolio moving and, most importantly, profitable.
