Research conducted by the Congressional Management Foundations finds that meetings with constituents have “a lot of influence” on lawmakers undecided decisions. My addiction to stress seemed so normal. The #hustleculture was my way of life. But stress soon turned to burnout. And I faced a decision to choose my health and well-being over a multimillion dollar business I grew from the ground up. And now, on the other side of that decision, I am able to recognize the signs leading to my burnout and how I could have prevented it. So my mission is to teach others how to recognize signs of burnout in themselves and others, tips to overcome it, and the tools to prevent it.
