Description:

SAMPLE OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but is not limited to the following:

Backup answering phones

Scheduling appointments for leasing agent

Verify leasing agent’s daily appointments

Meet with prospective tenants, at the office, who wish to apply for a rental

Photo Copying

Scanning

Filing

Verify rental applications for completion and accuracy

Prepare Rental Agreement and/or Leases

Reply to email and voicemail inquiries

Perform any reasonable work related request that falls within the qualification but not specifically described

Requirements:

Skills & Position Requirements include but are not limited to:

Prefer previous Property Management experience, but not required

Prefer licensed Property Manager, but not required.

Attention to detail is a must.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test

Must have proficient computer skills including, word, excel, etc.

Compensation:

$13-19/hr. depending on experience
