A North Phoenix based real estate brokerage has a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a full time Business Development Manager to obtain 25 new property management contracts per month.

The right person for the opportunity will be someone who is great at talking to people and knows how to manage leads, networking events, and build relationships.

Daily tasks include:
-Attend networking event daily.
-Follow up phone calls.
-Schedule one on one appointments with centers of influence daily.

–Must have a AZ real estate license or obtain one within 60 days of hire.
–Extensive past success in outside sales.

Compensation:

Compensation:
• $3000 per month salary plus commission. Potential to earn $100,000 annually.
