Description:

We are looking for a property management Allstar with a positive attitude, to join our team. This person should pride themselves on being reliable, hardworking, very organized and dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service possible.

This role will include working within a team to manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the Eastside and Seattle, mainly single-family homes.

This person will be a full-time employee working 40-45hrs a week. Responsibilities will include; onboarding new properties, conducting lease signings, creating marketing ads, tenant/relations, conducting move in’s/outs, physical inspections of properties, and making sure key performance indicators are met within the division. This position requires a lot of out of the office work as you will be traveling from property to property.

Requirements:

Applicant must have an active WA real estate license or the ability to obtain one quickly if they are offered the position. The ability to commute to our Eastside office five days a week with reliable transportation for property visits and a positive attitude. Property management experience a plus but not required. 

Compensation:

$54,000 – $60,000
